Reading the world – kids’ edition

I was following a girl who was on a quest to read books from every country. My children are smaller, but what if they have already read many children’s stories from around the world when they finish school. In many ways, this is easier than getting to read grown up books, as children’s books are usually already eclectic.

  1. India (many)
  2. Ireland
  3. Bhutan
  4. Spain (not a Spanish author, but it does feature matadors and bull fighting and Madrid!)
  5. USA (on the life of the poet Emily Dickinson)
  6. China (the story of ping)
  7. Pakistan
